They have stated self-contradicting reasons for their action in leters that I received from them.
I was unemployed at the time, and this action by Chase left me without means of making my mortgage payments and as a result, they filed to foreclose on my home. I have been unable to resolve this issue with Chase. The hearing for final Motion for Summary Judgement is scheduled for May 26, 2010. I need help or I will loose my home.
jeeper1129@yahoo.com
Miami, FLAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8549883549808884582.post-8336606673499738692008-12-29T08:50:00.000-05:002008-12-29T08:50:00.000-05:00Good luck. Like you, most people will just go somewhere else.

If we do hear about a class actions suits we will be sure to post links.NJHHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14960316007304106542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8549883549808884582.post-54235012982892879532008-12-28T21:02:00.000-05:002008-12-28T21:02:00.000-05:00I would love to be a participant of any Chase clas...I would love to be a participant of any Chase class action lawsuit - I'm minded to sue them myself as they locked my HELOC because of 2 fraudulent charges on my husband's social security - while they know that the charges are fraudulent I have been told I need 2 fresh credit reports, a cover letter to the auditors perhaps then they'll consider lifting the lid. I was also told by a Chase branch manager that "Chase is asking many of their clients to get an appraisal to reinstate their HELOC's" - get this - at the customer's expense.

Very disgrunted. I am meeting Trustco next week and am contemplating moving everything out of Chase and to also find a lawyer!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
